TheLateChef uses re-usable and re-cyclable containers. They are freezer friendly and can be put in the microwave. If you have frozen the food then please ensure that the food is fully and properly de-frosted before cooking.

Always follow the instructions on the container.

Microwave re-heating.

When re-heating in the microware please follow the instructions on the container. Please release the lid slightly when microwaving. Please be careful when handlng the container after heating in the microwave as the container will be hot. Please use oven gloves or another form of protection. 

Oven re-heating.

Please remember that if you are re-heating using the oven you must put the food into an ovenproof container first. Follow the instructions on the container. Please be careful when handling the ovenproof dish when removing from the oven as the dish will be hot.
