Food Hygiene is important and we all should understand the quality of the environment in which the food we purchase is made. 

TheLateChef kitchen has been inspected and passed by the South Oxfordshire District Council Hygiene with a 5 Rating under the new Food Standards Authority system. This system is a new way of understanding the quality of the kitchen and environment that is producing food across the country.
